Click & collect service available with all Innova stores.
Delivery is free of charge.
Minimum order amount is 50 SAR.
Delivery within 24 hours.
Delivery duty hours from 10AM-12AM on working days. Friday & Saturday from 4PM-12AM.
All prices are VAT included.
Customers can Return the Products through any store within 5 days from purchasing with original invoice.
Damaged items will not be returned.
Online payments will refund within 7-14 working days.
Tamara Payment refund: The amount will be automatically refunded once you inform Innova of your refund request. Once Innova accepts the refund, Tamara will refund your bank card directly and update your bill at your Tamara account.
Tamara Payment service includes all products except (Milk, Diapers, and Medicines)
