Exchange and Returns
Exchanges or returns can be made free of charge through our branches. In the case of returning or exchanging a product, the purchase invoice must be available for us to proceed with the return or exchange. Products that are not in a resalable condition will not be exchanged. If our branches are not available in the cities to which orders are delivered, a shipping company service fee of 25 SAR will be charged. The refund amount will be returned within 7-14 days.

Tamara customers: Refunds will be processed when we are notified of the refund request. After updating the order status to refunded, the amounts will be returned via Tamara to your bank card and the invoice will be automatically updated by Tamara. Tamara's service covers all products except for milk, baby diapers, and medicines.
