• Wash your hands.Tear open foil package by tearing along the slice on the package and remove the test device and dropper.
• Wipe the finger that you intended to stick with the alcohol swab.remove the protective cap from the lancet provided.stick your finger as follows.(hold your finger tight,squeeze the blood toward the tip of your finger/place the red end of the lancet against your finger and press firmly/squeeze your finger,making sure you get a large hanging drop of blood)
• Hold the dropper provided horizontally and touch the tip of the dropper to the drop of blood,do not squeeze the bulb.blood will flow into the dropper.squeeze your finger to get additional blood.fill blood to the line on the dropper.
• Place the filled dropper against the sample well(round hole marked with as S) on the test device.
• Squeeze the top of the dropper ,squeezing the entire blood sample into the test device.
•Wait 90 seconds,Twist open the cap of the test solution vial,slowly add five(5) drops of test solution to the diluent well marked with (D),start the time and read results at exactly 10 minutes.
• How to read results;                                                                          Negative Result; one line appears in the control area (PSA are not elevated).                                                                                        Positive Result; Two lines appear (one in the control area and one in the test area) (PSA levels are elevated.) .               Invalid Result ; No lines appear or onr line appears in the test area.(the test should be repeated).

* Store at room temperature (15-30)°C       

 * Notes/Some factors may influence PSA results as Competitive sports & Bicycle riding & Horse riding & Sexual activities within 48 hours and Recent prostate biobsy .
